Message from Director

Thank you for your interest in GW's Physician Assistant Program. My name is Bart Gillum and I am the program director. While I knew the decision that I made over 20 years ago to become a PA was a sound one, I had no idea what a rich and rewarding career it would become. I think you will find our website provides a wealth of information about what makes our program unique. For over 50 years, we have been educating women and men to be clinicians, researchers, educators, and patient advocates. Our outstanding faculty are leaders and innovators in PA education and have over 100 years of combined teaching experience. It is an honor and privilege to be apart of such a prestigious program. Whether you are a prospective student, alumni, or fellow PA educator, I trust you will find a wealth of information here. On behalf of our program faculty and staff, we look forward to serving you!
